DMPL Morgans were my first numismatic pursuit back in the late 1990s while I was a graduate student. Unfortunately, I was not wise enough to buy the best of the best at the time. In retrospect, it would have been best to buy only one or two absolute monster DMPLs in PCGS holders, rather than 20 so-so PL and lower grade DMPL coins. If I started down that road again today, I would take that approach- buy the monster MS65 or better coins with "no question" deep mirrors and original surfaces. However, I am too busy buying early type material right now to care.

Morgans with the Cameo contrast and those mirrors fields are beautiful coins. Thanks for posting your beautiful examples CMCART!
